BHIRAJ BURI GROUP, the asset management company that focuses on commercial real estate, has reviled a new look of UBC II, the first office building of BHIRAJ BURI in the Sukhumvit-Phrom Phong area with the new addition of an outdoor terrace to create the perfect recreational area. The new look of UBC II is completed with a new modern logo design that has been recreated to reflect the needs of contemporary office workers and the office building business in the ever-changing prime business district of Bangkok.
The UBC II’s renovation project is a part of BHIRAJ BURI GROUP’s vision to give a modern touch to the 24-storey office building by transforming the common area, lift hall, and lobby area. The utilisation of wooden battens has been incorporated in the decorative designs to offer a relaxed feeling of being Zen with the focus on creating beauty and peace from simplicity that stands the test of time. The common area has been redecorated with the addition of more seating areas, which is suitable for relaxation and exchanging ideas between colleagues. Moreover, UBC II has introduced a new logo that has changed the colour to blue, the signature colour of the BHIRAJ TOWER projects in order to unify the office buildings that are under BHIRAJ BURI GROUP. The logo has also been redesigned to reflect the asymmetrical shape of UBC II building.

UBCII is a 24-storey office building located at the corner of Sukhumvit Soi 33 with 32,000 square metres of rentable office space. The office building is complete with seven floors of green balconies to create an ideal working environment, a 300 sq.m communal garden on the 7th floor, and retail spaces located on B1 and G floor. The building is located just five minutes away from the Phrom Phong BTS station and situated next to Benjasiri Park.
